Learn the secrets of easy Easter entertaining with a series of workshops from our local culinary experts. In the lead up to Easter we’re partnering with renowned chefs.

Chef Lorenzo Schiaffini will be showing you how to make fresh pizza and pasta, Lorenzo has an impressive resume, former head chef of Jamie’s Italian in Perth and in others of his restaurants in the UK, and he has really made his mark in WA since opening Woodfire restaurant in Ellenbrook.

Chef Sophie Budd will be teaching the technics for the perfect sushi and rice paper rolls, how to create a delicious healthy breakfast and other nutritious meals. Sophie has been cooking for 20 years and has worked with some of the best chefs in the world including Rick Stein, Gennaro Contaldo and Antonio Carluccio.

 My Healthy Market will be teaching you how to create delicious raw food snacks,  some tips and tricks to assist in introducing more raw food into your everyday lifestyle,
